Enjoy your lunch at Pho 24 restaurant with steaming noodle soup. Following lunch, select one of many famous museums to visit such as Hoa Lo Prison (Known as Hanoi Hilton by the US pilots in the wartime), the Army Museum, the National Fine Arts Museum, the History Museum or the Ethnology Museum. On the way back to the centre of town, visit Tran Quoc Pagoda on West Lake (one of the oldest in Vietnam) and the site where American politician John McCain crash landed in 1967.
Take a cyclo ride around Hanoiâ€™s old street then stretch your legs walking through the narrow alleys of Hanoiâ€™s ancient Old Quarter, glimpse Hanoiâ€™s daily rhythms. Alternatively do some last minute shopping. Finish your day with Vietnam’s famous and charming Water Puppet Performance.
